The Integrated Marketing Manager will collaborate with both the print and online sales teams to create promotions and programs spanning all platforms\u2013including but not limited to: custom creative concepts, in-book promotions, events, digital integrations, social media extensions, and more.<\/p>\n<p>The successful Integrated Merchandising candidate will:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Strategize, create, and write integrated marketing proposals for prestige and mass beauty accounts <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Conceptualize and develop advertiser-specific marketing platforms, such as in-book programs\/advertorials, online\/digital campaigns and customized events <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Communicate marketing concepts and programs by writing proposals, presentations and one sheets <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Work directly with clients to execute integrated marketing programs including: advertorials, digital programs, sweepstakes, sampling, events, and more <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Manage day to day requests from sales staff <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Attend sales calls with sales staff to present programs <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Manage project budgets and timelines <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Oversee development of recaps\/case studies post sale <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offerings for the beauty category <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Participate in the development of BAZAAR platform programs for the beauty category <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Work with other Hearst titles to develop integrated, cross-brand concepts<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><br \/>\nRequired Skills<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Minimum 5-7 years marketing experience <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Strong creative skills and experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs; strong copywriting skills required <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">An understanding of the editorial product and beauty industry are also highly recommended for this position <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Highly pro-active and solution-oriented, a team player and self-starter <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Strong presentation skills (verbal, written) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\">Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
