This is a unique hybrid role that will get heavy exposure to two key departments. We&#8217;re looking for someone who can work in the New York City office, ideally has a minimum of 1 year of ad trafficking and\/or digital media sales planning. This candidate should be a self-starter who understands the online advertising industry. The role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for popular styles and trends.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Director of Operations, Business Development Managers and Operations team<\/li>\n<li>Advertising campaign support, including: Ad trafficking (email and website); Campaign monitoring, optimizing, &amp; reporting; Invoicing and payment tracking<\/li>\n<li>Email Trafficking \u2013 Daily testing and scheduling of PureWow emails across all editions<\/li>\n<li>RFP completion<\/li>\n<li>Manage\/support the sales cycle from start to finish (prospecting, identifying contacts, creating proposals, generating Insertion Orders, securing advertiser collateral, inputting collateral in the admin, and results reporting).<\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions from the results<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales staff to design and customize integrated marketing programs to meet client and brand objectives<\/li>\n<li>Create persuasive sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel detailing market trends, case studies and PureWow.com marketing solutions<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks and special projects required to maintain the general health of our start-up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Expectations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>1+ year experience in ad ops and\/or media sales planning<\/li>\n<li>A high energy level is required<\/li>\n<li>Extreme attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Great with computers (Mac experience preferred), including word processing, spreadsheets, and general internet savvy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ad trafficking and\/or DFP a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location: New York<\/p>\n<p>Compensation: Competitive salary; benefits<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in successfully growing with a fun, dynamic, and creative team in an environment with a lot of upside potential,\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">please click here to complete our application<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PureWow.com, the premiere women&#8217;s lifestyle email publication and website, is seeking a full-time Digital Ops Associate \/ Sales Coordinator.
