The position combines creative \u201cbig\u201d idea\/platform creation, partnership development, presentation skills and strong program execution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u201cBig Idea\u201d generation:<\/b> Conceptualize and develop both advertiser-specific and brand marketing proposals, such as in-book programs\/advertorials, online\/digital campaigns (including video), customized events\u00a0and mass retail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Category development<\/b>: Work with Associate Publisher of Marketing on development of category-specific strategies including competitive landscape\/sales opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Presentation development and execution<\/b>: Work with various departments (i.e. strategic research department, creative services and events) to create compelling proposals, presentations, marketing concepts and\/or positioning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Program management: <\/b>Manage social media program and major category initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Industry relationships<\/b>: Work with vendors, production companies, studios, networks, labels and other partners on brand and advertiser initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Entertainment<\/b>: Work with major award show organizations (i.e. GRAMMY\/SAG), film festival sponsorships, music and film events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Client Meetings<\/b>: Accompany sales reps on sales calls to present marketing platforms and client-specific opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Program execution<\/b>: Manage project budgets, timelines and executional elements and generate post-sale recaps\/case studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required, minimum 8-9 years marketing experience, preferably in media\/advertising<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Beauty\/Fashion categories and relationships preferred<\/li>\n<li>Team player, self-starter who is also extremely innovative, professional and resourceful<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidate must be highly proactive and solution-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong creative skills and extensive experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please e-mail resumes to: <a href=\"mailto:Randi_Weintraub@timeinc.com\">Randi_Weintraub@timeinc.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Manager will develop Beauty Advertiser-focused sales, marketing and promotional strategies for PEOPLE StyleWatch and PEOPLEStyleWatch.com \u2013 collaborating with both the print and online sales teams for the Beauty and Retail categories.
