Position Responsibilities:
\nRESPONSIBLITIES including but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tReceive direction on branding from Marketing\/Creative Director and execute brand vision throughout all projects.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tResponsible for creating collateral for brands and ensure its consistency with brand identity (sales, marketing, ecommerce).<\/p>\n
\u2022\tContribute to the creation of seasonal concepts that support merchandising plans and continuously evolve the brand portfolio<\/p>\n
\u2022\tCreate visual content in line with brand identity to be used for ecommerce, social media, press, newsletters and other forms of marketing and communication.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tWork with Marketing Manager to develop new and creative ways to represent brand through innovative content to communicate to our consumers<\/p>\n
\u2022\tManage process for printed materials: quotes, layouts, sampling, final approval<\/p>\n
\u2022\tWork with Marketing Director and production department to mock up packaging, labels, tags and various other needs for product\/brand development.<\/p>\n
Position Requirements:
\n\u2022\t3-5 years of relevant experience \u2013 visual content, graphic design and photo shoots<\/p>\n
\u2022\tExperience crafting graphical html emails, implementing best design practices<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAbility to collaborate across all departments; adaptable work style to accommodate various projects and multitask <\/p>\n
\u2022\tAttentive to deadlines, understands urgency of business and can produce work quickly if needed<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAbility to implement online marketing best practices alongside Marketing Manager. Work to optimize designs for high conversions<\/p>\n
\u2022\tExcellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills<\/p>\n
\u2022\tStrong conceptual planning, creative design, and typography skills<\/p>\n
\u2022\tUnderstanding of the footwear market a plus <\/p>\n
\u2022\tProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign<\/p>\n
