This position will own and develop the ShopBAZAAR customer service experience into a high-touch, insightful and highly engaged role that interacts with our top shoppers and VIPs, driving increased revenue. The right candidate will have a passion for the fashion industry and be forward thinking in providing style advice for ShopBAZAAR clients. This associate pulls our monthly sales reports and manages invoicing our vendors. All warehouse\/fulfillment relations (ie: Stellae Logistics) will be managed by the customer service associate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Customer Service Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide client style advice, using BAZAAR\u2019s editorial authority<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage a customer Loyalty Program<\/li>\n<li>Develop a high-touch shopping experience at ShopBAZAAR<\/li>\n<li>Order Processing\u00a0and Fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee Customer Service &amp; FAQ elements of the site<\/li>\n<li>Manage and facilitate return requests<\/li>\n<li>Managing Credit Card Processing via Authorize.Net<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service Relations (phone + email)<\/li>\n<li>Manage and create promo codes<\/li>\n<li>Managing Stellae Relationship<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining consignment stock in closet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Vendor Relation Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange drop shipping<\/li>\n<li>Ensure order fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Pull Sales Reports on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Administrative Operations:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoice each order that has been placed<\/li>\n<li>Track processing orders to ensure shipment<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of all returns and cancellations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Send Resumes to:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Weiskopf, Caitlin R&#8221; &lt;cweiskopf@hearst.com&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brief Job Description:\u00a0While working as the only forward facing customer point of contact, the customer service associate works to process and fulfill all orders on ShopBAZAAR.com.
