The ideal candidate is a collaborative, inquisitive, and resourceful team player with a passion for storytelling who excels at developing marketing solutions that are creative and strategic in equal measures. This position reports into the Executive Director, Integrated Marketing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Partner with sellers to develop strategies that drive category growth<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Participate in brainstorms with a variety of internal teams to answer RFPs<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Generate ideas and write proposals across advertising categories\u00a0that drive revenue<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee flawless execution of marketing programs within established budgets and maintained\u00a0production schedules<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Create wrap-up documents for assigned clients and programs<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Manage client integrations within signature programs<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Participate in sales calls to bring programs and ideas to life for advertisers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Key Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree (required)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">3-4 years of integrated marketing experience or marketing experience in a related industry<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Knowledge of cross-platform advertising sales and media industry<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Proven success in execution of marketing programs from conception to completion<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Capable, confident writer<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Deadline-oriented project manager<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a high-volume, fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Excellent public speaking and communication skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ability to work independently and within a team setting<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Team player with a\u00a0\u00a0\u201ccan-do\u201d attitude<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Strategic thinker\u00a0with both energy and passion for the brand<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, clients, art and vendors in a\u00a0collaborative way<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Some travel\/weekend work required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>About Rodale Inc.:<\/b> Rodale is the global voice for health and wellness with a mission to inspire and enable people to improve their lives and the world around them.
