General Description:

The Bonnier Men’s Group, a division of Bonnier Corporation, is a class-leading network of innovative and influential digital properties from websites to tablet and mobile apps.  The Digital Campaign Manager position plays an integral role in the Bonnier Men’s Group by providing tactical and strategic support for the sales team in program execution and delivery for our clients. Digital Campaign Manager will report directly to General Manager, Digital Business Development.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, ambitious, creative and have deep knowledge of the digital business and online publishing world.  This position provides tremendous opportunity and experience in the business and development side of digital publishing along with emerging media and technology exposure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales and ad ops to ensure timely ad campaign launch and delivery, managing all assigned digital campaigns from start to finish as the day to day contact
  • Work with creative services and web development to manage production schedules, gather custom assets, add new site placements, etc
  • Traffic tags to ad operations, compile and send screenshots to agency/client
  • Work with ad operations to maintain campaign inventory calendars and schedules
  • Monitor campaign performance and tracking, make optimization recommendations based on client KPIs and work with client/agency to successfully implement changes
  • Create and update all client facing and internal campaign tracking reports
  • Coordinate with editorial teams to develop new site features and programs that benefit editorial, advertisers and audience development
  • Participate in and contribute to large digital program ideation sessions/brainstorms
    • Work with finance team to bill and reconcile billing discrepancies

 

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-4 years experience in digital advertising (Ad Operations, Inventory, Digital Media Planning,    Online  Publisher or Agency)
  • Basic excel skills is a must; knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Drupal is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, ability to work in fast-paced environment,  proactive, resourceful and self motivated
  • Working knowledge of DFP, Omniture, comScore as well as third party ad-serving platforms (MediaMind, DFA, PointRoll, Atlas, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the terminology and mechanics of the digital industry, basic sales operations, RFP process and ad operations
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Knowledge of MediaRadar, Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence a plus
  • Passion for Digital Media and new technologies (display, newsletters, tablet, mobile, apps, social)

MARKETING MANAGER, FAST COMPANY

Fast Company, the most innovative business media brand, continues to expand in 2013, and we are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial team player to join our marketing team. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to conceptualize and write integrated merchandising programs to win new business, increase existing business, and help Fast Company reach its advertising revenue and paging goals. The position reports to the Associate Marketing Director.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·        Work with sales reps to develop cross-media ideas to meet client objectives and grow advertising business;

·        Translation of ideas into clear, concise, articulate and persuasive written proposals;

·        Conceptualize “big idea” cross-platform/integrated proposals utilizing all the capabilities of the Fast Company brand (in-book, online, events, partnerships, etc.);

·        Manage the fulfillment and execution of proposed/sold concepts, including advertorials, custom digital programs, contests, events, build outs;

·        Identify potential partners for marketing platforms to leverage business;

·        Attend client sales calls to present concepts.

Job requirements include:
·        Bachelors’ degree;

·        Strong writing skills;

·        Three to four years of magazine and/or website marketing-related work (integration a plus!);

·        Knowledge of merchandising, promotion, sales materials and events;

·        Excellent oral communication;

·        Strong interpersonal skills;

·        Facility with Microsoft Office.
