Responsibilities will include key digital media planning, yield management, and ad product development activities including pricing, inventory management, performance reporting and project management.

• Lead media planning process and partner with Health Marketing team to integrate media plans into RFP responses.

• Lead ad sales product development process in collaboration with the product, edit, and tech teams.
• Develop and oversee production of custom units and products, and other non-standard advertising programs for clients.
• Pull digital research for marketing materials and proposals
• Partner with Director, Digital Ad Sales on development of sales strategies and target account initiatives.
• Serve as digital media and product monetization expert within organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have at least 5-7 years of successful online sales development or relevant web operations experience.
• Experienced management of sales planning and account team members preferred.
• Experience within the health vertical is preferred
• Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and be an enthusiastic team player.
• A solid grasp of online inventory management and ad serving processes is required.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the online metrics and research tools used in the marketplace (i.e. Dart, Atlas, comScore, Omniture, @Plan, Salesforce.com, AdFront, Double Verify, etc).
• Strong quantitative skills for analysis of this data also required.

Rodale is looking for a highly talented, innovative and collaborative Associate Art Director to work with a talented team of graphic and production designers in the Men’s Health advertising/marketing department.

The right candidate must be at a Senior Designer level and have the ability to manage tight deadlines, large volumes of work with attention to detail and exceeding a high level of creative output.

The scope of work is cross platform (design, print, digital, video, tablet, events/signage focused) and draws heavily on strong typography, concept development and a passion for the Men’s Health brand. Expertise in these areas is required.

We’re looking for someone with at least some video and digital production experience.

The position reports directly to the Creative Director. Candidates must have a minimum of 6-8+ years experience at a magazine, design firm, ad agency or marketing creative dept.

Responsibilities include:
• Support and execute the Men’s Health look and feel in all print, electronic, digital, and video marketing collateral.
• Help design & layout/produce the visual design and production of all in-book and on-line promotional pages and advertorials.
