I. Job Summary and Responsibilities (Listed in order of importance):
Coordinates the activities within the advertising sales function such as traffic & production, quality control, order entry & invoicing:

Positioning
· Work with advertising sales staff to provide positioning and issue related information and opportunities to advertisers
Book make-up/Line Ups
· Coordination and communication with production/traffic and editorial staffs of advertising needs issue by issue
· Responsible for Insertion Orders for all titles
· Review issue maps for all titles
Financial reporting
· Maintenance of advertiser records (advertiser/agency information, rates, contracts, insertion orders and positioning) in Excel spreadsheets
· Provide revenue analyses on advertising accounts, sales staff and territories
Billing Coordinator
· Responsible for input of specific publication information into company billing/accounting system (MSG)
Marketing Support
· Assist in creating marketing proposals and presentations
· Review and edit marketing documents
· Contact press for marketing programs

II. Education/Experience:
· HS diploma or equivalent
· 0-2 years administrative and/or customer service experience

III. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Strong computer skills
· Strong communication and organizational skills

IV. Physical Requirements:
· The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen.

V. Equipment/ Software Used:
· MS Office
· MSG
· DataTrax

VI. Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office environment that is well lit and ventilated.
