The Knot, the nation’s leading wedding resource, seeks a sharp and creative Associate Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized go-getter with a passion for everything digital and a basic knowledge of print. The ability to juggle multiple projects yet stay calm under pressure must be part of your DNA. He/she will embrace a corporate culture that is entrepreneurial in spirit. Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development of RFPs for the national sales force (including sweepstakes, direct emails, online games, banners, advertorials, print ads, etc.)
Work with internal teams to coordinate the components of presentations, sell sheets and RFPs
Manage and traffic all sell sheets
Coordination of marketing department projects, staff meetings, etc.
Develop PowerPoint decks
Administrative support for Marketing VP also required

Specific Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills

· Strong attention to details with excellent follow-through

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· Strong writing skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years in an internet company marketing department
· Minimum 1 year of experience developing online RFPs required…no exceptions
· Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
