Brides Local Magazines & Brides.com is looking for a current student (undergraduate or graduate) able to receive credit for a part-time internship with the marketing and promotions team. Interns will work on various marketing and promotions initiatives for Brides.com and Brides’ 16 local Brides Magazines.

Description
Interns are considered an integral part of the Brides.com & Brides Local team, and as such are involved in a wide variety of projects. They will participate in the creation and production of sales and marketing materials and contribute to various research initiatives, promotional events, marketing campaigns, etc. Interns should anticipate undertaking rigorous and demanding assignments that require flexibility, good time-management skills and the ability to multi-task. They should be detail-oriented and possess the ability to continually perfect and develop their own work. Interns will work in conjunction with the various departments of the group, including business, sales, marketing, and design.

Some projects interns may expect to contribute to are:
· Sales and marketing materials (including sell sheets and media kits)
· Various in-book promotional sections
· Administrative duties
· Promotional events/event marketing
· Added value programs for advertisers
· Lead generation/advertising effectiveness programs

Note: There is a $12/day stipend. This internship is based in NYC.
