Health.com Integrated Solutions is a top 5 health website bringing vital health information with a human touch to online consumers. Combined Health.com and RightHealth.com reach over 11M monthly unique users on comScore (June 2010). Health.com is a part of the growing Health franchise including Health Magazine, Health.com, and books such as the new launch of Carblover’s Diet. In total, the franchise reaches 20M+ consumers monthly across print, digital, and social networking platforms.

Opportunity for an experienced and strategic account management professional who can execute key digital media planning, yield management, and ad product development activities including pricing, inventory management, performance reporting and project management. Additionally, this person will manage relationships with internal teams for post-sales campaign implementation and optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Lead media planning process and partner with Health franchise Marketing Director to integrate media plans into RFP responses.
Develop efficient and effective pricing models based on quarterly analysis of supply and demand, maintain the rate card, and price production costs for all inventory across the site.
Create efficient working models to project inventory avails and maintain an inventory reservation system.
Work closely with the Time Inc Ad Operations team to plan, launch and successfully traffic, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns for each client on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinate with Health.com management and edit production teams to ensure proper planning and scheduling of ad-supported online packages.
Manage and update performance and pipeline reports.
Daily analysis of ad delivery and campaign reports with proactive optimization recommendations.
Coordinate with Health.com Audience Development and Edit teams daily to deliver advertiser campaigns.
Lead ad sales product development process in collaboration with the product, edit, and tech teams.
Develop and oversee production of custom units and products, and other non-standard advertising programs for clients. Bid these projects out to internal and external vendors for both creative and/or production.
Execute Health Magazine digital marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have at least 5-7 years of successful online sales development or relevant web operations experience.
Experienced management of account team members preferred.
Experience within the health vertical is preferred
Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and be an enthusiastic team player.
A solid grasp of online inventory management and ad serving processes is required.
Must possess a working knowledge of the online metrics and research tools used in the marketplace (i.e. Dart, Atlas, MediaMetrix, Nielsen NetRatings, comScore, Omniture, @Plan, Salesforce.com, CMS Systems, Solbright, Double Verify, etc).
Strong quantitative skills for analysis of this data also required.
Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
Requires excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
