Working Mother Media Associate Marketing Director
The Associate Marketing Director will contribute strategic thinking/planning to grow the conference and events business, Working Mother corporate marketing, workingmother.com, and Diversity Best Practices. The Associate Marketing Director will collaborate with and support the sales, conference, publications, research, and online staffs of Working Mother Media, Diversity Best Practices, and NAFE.

Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for:
Strategy/concept development for marketing all Working Mother Media products
Writing promotional sell sheets, email blasts, power points, and other sales support materials for Diversity Best Practices, conferences and events, NAFE
Writing proposals for client corporate marketing programs
Developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies for conferences/events, new media, TV, diversity & inclusion membership organization
Maintaining appropriate branding across print and web
Managing designer and marketing manager

Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Masters degree, marketing, digital marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or PR preferred
3-5 years experience in marketing communications, business-to-business preferred
Expertise in writing sales materials for print and web
Skilled in strategic thinking
Proficiency in using social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) for marketing purposes, business-to-business preferred
Strong writing skills, creative thinker
Able to coordinate multiple responsibilities with excellent project management/organizational skills
Team player, able to partner with marketing, sales, content, and online colleagues
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Understanding of HTML and/or InDesign preferred. Digitally inclined
