Responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plans to improve customer performance for renewals, gifts, bills and other projects as needed. Core responsibilities include idea generation, testing and analysis, operations and print management, and reporting/forecasting response rates and expenses.

Experience Desired:
Minimum of two-three years of prior magazine retention marketing experience required. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with learning new computer programs and systems. The ideal candidate is a stickler for details, can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills. Familiarity with CDS and HTML is helpful but not essential.
