Overall Responsibilities:
Create, manage and execute all sales promotions and added-value programs designed to secure business and reinforce the magazine’s and web sites brand image in the advertising community
Work with site producer on execution of online elements for advertisers
Coordinating with sales team, agency and client to develop strategic programs that meet brand objectives
Fulfillment of standard requests for proposals; prepare estimates and timelines for client programs being executed
Overseeing program details including site selection, contract negotiations, cost analysis/budgets, travel arrangements, etc.
Work with art department to establish look and feel for advertorials
Coordinate and participating in internal brainstorm/strategy meetings
Writing all communication pertaining to the program including proposals, advertorials, online copy and recaps
Work with ad ops to ensure execution of online programs they are managing
Work directly with PR on all press-related materials
Travel as necessary

Qualifications:
Must be a creative thinker who can continuously create new alternatives to enhance existing events and implement new programs
A solid skill set of writing, editing, idea creation and organization is essential
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required
4+ yrs experience in promotion/marketing
