Everyday Health is looking for a Client Services Director to join the Sales Team. This positions will report into the VP of Client Services.


The Client Service Director will lead a team of client service managers and manage a list of his/her own accounts.  The position will focus on establishing and maintaining best industry practices for online campaign management including: reports, performance metrics, benchmarks and case studies.  The Client Services Director will train new hires, promote appropriate processes, and ensure effective communication.   S/he should bring an enthusiastic, team-player attitude to all aspects of this job, foster cooperation between other departments, and possess excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of online client services experience
  • Complete understanding of online campaign success, performance , optimization, and metrics (cpc, cpl, ctr, cpa)
  • Excellent knowledge of online advertising technologies and operational techniques
  • Experience with managing a team of 5 or more
  • Experience working with a national sales team
  • Experience with multiple ad serving platforms: DART, Atlas, Eyeblaster, etc…
  • Ability to thrive in fast pace environment
  • Proven track record – constantly drives for results, knows how to set objectives and break work down into steps, knows how to organize and measure people and activities and manages project interdependencies
  • High collaborative capacity – demonstrated practice of including stakeholders in activities that impact them
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and the ability to influence others through well articulated and innovative ideas
  • Accountability – acceptance of responsibility and willingness to commit to and deliver specific, measurable work products and results
