Women’s Marketing Inc. (WMI) has an immediate opening for a Campaign Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, accomplished professional with strong communications and digital analytics skills, who has the ability to work autonomously as well as take a leadership role within the organization. This position will be located in either our Westport, CT office or our New York City office.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Serve as the primary liaison with our clients to communicate the success of and opportunities for their digital and mobile advertising campaigns

· Provide insights from client campaigns to identify incremental revenue opportunities, including identifying particular areas of strength Women’s Marketing Inc. possess versus industry averages

· Perform ongoing optimization of active digital and mobile campaigns to maximize advertising success; offer ongoing suggestions to clients to improve success rates of campaigns

· Create meaningful post-campaign reports; translate data acquired from campaigns into up-sell opportunities

· Develop and keep the organization informed of digital and mobile best practices

· Other responsibilities upon request

Qualifications/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 4+ years experience in advertising/sales analytics; 2+ years in digital media

· Expert skills with DoubleClick DART systems, Google Analytics, Quantcast and Microsoft Office suite

· Media buying/planning and Social Media experience a plus

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communicator
