Job Description:

Meredith Hispanic Ventures is the premier publisher of information for Hispanic women on home, family and self-development. The portfolio includes four Spanish-language magazines: Ser Padres Espera (Expecting), Ser Padres Bebé(First Year of Life), Ser Padres (Parents), and Siempre Mujer (Always a Woman), SiempreMujer.com and SerPadres.com, custom communications, plus database marketing, retail, consumer events, sampling and creative services. We are looking for a full time (four days a week) freelancer in the marketing department.
·         Create, write and execute staple and custom in-book added value programs and paid marketing programs

·         Develop and execute digital rfps

·         Manage the creation, development and execution of integrated marketing programs by working with Interactive Marketing Manager, Web Editor, and other teams at   Meredith including Parents Network, Corporate, Custom, Video, Research, etc.

·         Source and identify new merchandising, mobile opportunities and events in targeted categories

·         Source and work with outside online and social media companies to create online programs for Sales

·         Create and manage budgets for client programs

·         Attend sales calls as needed

·         Execute advertorials and ad translations/adaptations for Hispanic titles

·         Develop stories and create category research presentations

·         Develop sell sheets

·         Create advertiser program recaps

·         Manage the development and creation of client-driven videos and integrate Editorial videos into proposals

·         Execute in-book and online promotions pages for Siempre Mujer and siempremujer.com

·         Manage client driven events

Requirements:

6+ years experience in Marketing in related fields (TV, Online, Print, Radio)

Some Spanish speaking/writing and knowledge of the Hispanic market is a plus

Strong writing skills needed
