The Knot Inc., a leading lifestage media company, seeks a hard working, self-motivated, creative and resourceful Marketing Event Intern. Intern will work closely with the in-house event department to track and increase brand presence across the U.S. through consumer events for the top two wedding websites TheKnot.com and WeddingChannel.com and TheBump.com.

Intern will hone communication, organization and event production skills while learning how to negotiate and draft agreements with bridal show and mom-to-be organizations, track bridal show activity for our 56 sales reps, research new event opportunities for our brands, and coordinate shipments to our top bridal shows and mom-to-be events. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in a career in Event Marketing. A love for event planning is essential.

Job Requirements:

Must be currently attending college (sophomore or above)

Excellent writing and communication skills

The ability to multi-task

Problem-solver

Self-starter

Superior Organization Skills a must

Microsoft Excel & Word skills

Previous Experience a plus
