OK! Magazine is the only global celebrity weekly – boasting 22 International editions and over 2.6 million readers worldwide. OK! seeks an Integrated Marketing Associate to work in our dynamic and fast paced Integrated Marketing Department.

This position will play an integral role in the creation of programs/promotions that drive revenue across the entire OK! brand portfolio including but not limited to print, digital, mobile and social media. The ideal candidate would be a creative, self-starter with strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Idea Generation and Program Development: Work with sales and marketing to develop integrated opportunities across print, digital, social media, event and retail to maximize advertising revenue for OK.

· Data Analysis and Report Preparation: Analyze custom and syndicated research data for inclusion in sales materials and for management-level reports.

· Presentation/Proposal Writing: Work with multiple departments (i.e. research department, marketing, digital and events) to conceive and write strategic integrated marketing proposals across all OK! Magazine brand assets.

· Program Execution: Manage all aspects of custom and multi-sponsor marketing programs from conception through implementation, including but not limited to sweepstakes, in-book promotional pages, project timelines, custom ad partner sections and advertorials, etc.

· Administrative: Manage multiple departmental administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required in related field

· Minimum 1-2 years experience, preferably in media, ad agency or promotions field.

· Self-motivated, team player, who is also extremely innovative, creative, resourceful, proactive, detailed and solutions-oriented.

· Must have experience in proposal writing and program execution

· Knowledge of and passion for tracking trends including social networking, digital and mobile trends is important

· Fluency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
