Health is a leading health and wellness franchise reaching an audience or over 19 million readers and users each month. In 2010, Health Magazine celebrated is biggest issue yet in the magazine’s 23 year history and turned in double-digit advertising and newsstand growth. Health.com, a top 5 health information site, has seen explosive growth since its relaunch in 2008 and now reaches over 12 million monthly online users.

The Health franchise is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manger to help plan, create and execute integrated marketing platforms and initiatives designed to generate advertising revenue for Health Magazine and Health.com on a variety of categories.

Specific Job functions:
• Answer print, digital and integrated RFPs in the CPG, Home, Auto, Fitness, Tech, and Travel categories
• Manage Health’s Feel Great Fitness marketing program including: day-to-day sponsorship activity and integration, liaising with the editorial team and publicist to ensure fresh, up-to-date content and proper sponsor attribution within print, digital, and social media components
• Manage sponsor integration within the Health Buzz in-book/online promotional pages that includes gathering creative assets, liaising with tech team and managing client approval process
• Execute added value programs such as sampling and literature distribution, promotional e-blasts, and advertorials.
• Create category overviews and client-ready presentations for both the print and digital properties that include syndicated and proprietary research (MRI, MARS, Audience panel, @Plan and comScore)
• Collaborate with other marketing teams across Time Inc. Lifestyle Group as well as Time Inc. Corporate on cross-property opportunities

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
• 4-5 years in media marketing and sales development including 1 year in digital marketing.
• Cross-category knowledge
• Understanding of syndicated and proprietary research (MRI, MMR, AdMeasure, @plan, comScore, Omniture).
• Strong project management and client-communication skills
• Collaborative approach to partnership with the sales and editorial teams.
• Exceptional proposal writing background generating multi-platform, integrated programs.
• Knowledge of various online advertising platforms, creative executions, and ad serving technologies.
• Organization, creativity and ability to communicate clearly with sales staff, team members, advertising clients and vendors.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites and brands within Time Inc.
• Candidate must be an enthusiastic creative thinker and problem solver who’s passionate about developing unique ideas within the healthy lifestyle category
