Event Production Intern

– Assist Event Producer with planning and logistics for Yoxi events

– Specific responsibilities include:

– Ongoing research w/ potential sponsors + venues

– Assisting w/ event PR + marketing

– Assisting w/ event budgets

– Drafting event recaps (attendance, budgets, notes, etc.)

– Rental / catering research coordination

– The ability to negotiate with vendors and venues is essential

– Creating and submitting expense reports

– Be available on event nights to help break down / clean up

– A knowledge of A/V + lighting equipment is a plus

– Knowing what this means =SUM(H48:H67)

– Event production often requires some heavy lifting and getting your hands dirty, but you won’t be the only one.

– This internship is unpaid; A 30-Day Unlimited Ride MetroCard will be provided for each month the intern works for Yoxi
