One of Condé Nast’s women’s magazines is looking for a strong Merchandising Associate to work with the Associate Merchandising Director and Merchandising Director.

Primary Responsibilities of the position include:

· Working with merchandising and sales team to strategize, create and write merchandising proposals for target accounts

· Managing and overseeing the execution of custom advertiser merchandising programs

· Attending sales calls with sales staff to present promotional/merchandising programs.

· Managing budgets related to promotional/merchandising programs.

· Overseeing development and production of merchandising-related collateral

· Managing development of junior staff

Requirements of the position include:

· Some managerial experience

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

· Strong writing and creative thinking abilities

· Strong presentation skills

· Experience managing budgets
