Reports to: Senior Business Insights Manager

Candidate will help manage research, competitive information, sales collateral and added value programs and promotions across multiple advertising categories for the Real Simple brand.

Responsibilities:
• Develop sales materials, including media kit sheets, for sales team
• Organize key research for sales and marketing
• Compile monthly competitive advertising and syndicated research tracking and analysis
• Maintain share of market database including all brand and sales rep assignments
• Manage ongoing promotional programs, e.g. monthly e-blast deployment, standard promotional pages, etc.
• Create a system and maintain ROI tracking for editorial mentions and promotional programs
• Assist in the execution of signature brand programs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years marketing experience, preferably in media/advertising, required
• Basic knowledge of MRI preferred
• Candidate must be an enthusiastic creative thinker and team player with a solid knowledge of marketing and the media business, ideally with a concentration on women’s business
• Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
• Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
