Role Requirements

§ Take existing brand campaign creative and apply across multiple sites, maintain style guide and consistency of brand collateral

§ Ability to take a broad advertising concepts and execute on them, often with few assets

§ Design and develop web-based ad campaigns, including takeovers, custom ad units, pushdowns, content driven editorial units, banners ads, etc.

§ Keen understanding of color theory and typography, attention to detail

§ Strong verbal, organizational and time management skills

§ Experience managing and completing multiple projects simultaneously

§ Ability to think creatively and contribute design ideas to improve the user experience and help drive key business metrics is highly desired.

§ Experience in user-interface, usability and information architecture principles, with a proven track record designing web sites supporting complex business functionality is preferred

§ Experience designing web-based experiences for mobile devices

§ Work closely with ad sales and ad operations to guarantee delivery and successful execution of ad campaigns

§ Ability to work in an environment that is agile and has shifting priorities from time to time

Commercial Experience Desired

§ Experience in a variety of development methodologies (for example Waterfall, JAD, RAD) with preference to agile methodologies

§ Experience in a variety of industries (for example social media, agency, gaming and online advertising)

Technical Skills Required

§ Strong experience in Adobe CS, Photoshop, Illustrator + InDesign

§ Basic knowledge of other web development technologies and design tools such as Flash/Flex, OmniGraffle, etc a plus, but not required.

§ A solid understanding of current Internet standards
