We are seeking a Digital Marketing/Subscriber Acquisition Manager with a strong understanding of the digital marketing world, a hunger to succeed in a growing start-up environment, and superior analytical skills, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

– Creation, development and management of the Subscriber Acquisition Program including:

* Sourcing, engaging and executing Marketing Partnerships

* Creation of partnership and campaign ads

* Sourcing, engaging and executing Paid Partnerships

* Sourcing, engaging and executing Sweepstakes Promotions

* Creation and management of Facebook Ads and Google Adwords campaigns

* Creation and execution of all Subscriber Acquisition Promotions

Acquisition * Retention * Email Marketing * Promotions * Interactive Marketing * Forecasting * Partner Development * Customer Engagement * Relationship Management * Social Media

– Maintaining and updating the Subscription Growth Plan for each edition

– Analyzing subscriber engagement data

– Management of the Subscriber Acquisition Reporting Structure

To be clear, this is not primarily a social media position, it is however primarily a subscriber acquisition role.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience

• Great with computers (Mac experience preferred), including word processing (Google Docs and/or Word), spreadsheets (Google Docs and/or Excel), and general internet savvy

• Strong communication skills
