This person will play a key role in the development and execution of strategic sales proposals and projects for Time Inc Digital. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate creative platforms for sales proposals, presentations and project execution. The ideal candidate will be a creatively strategic thinker, a savvy marketing/communications writer, and a detail oriented individual who can help bring a digital idea to fruition through execution with experience in account/project management

Responsibilities:

• Management of key post-sale activities including scopes of work, budgets, timelines, content creation, custom solutions, web development & rich media and sponsorship coordination
• Account and project oversight of custom solutions, acting as day to day program manager responsible for execution and overall project success
• Drive the strategy and implementation of innovative marketing programs by working collaboratively with the sales team from concept development through delivery, drafting proposal responses and acting as a key point of consultation around feasibility for program ideas
• Create strategic advertising solutions and proactively identify new digital opportunities that leverage edit, custom content and external partnership opportunities

Qualifications:
• 3 -6 + years of work experience, with at least 2+ years of digital expertise, prefer exposure to agency and/or sales side
• Deep experience with online and digital platforms including content and web development, video, social networks, and emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of production best practices related to the creation of microsites, rich media solutions, branded entertainment programs and sponsorship integration
• A proven collaborator and relationship builder with experience leading digital marketing solutions with demonstrated ability to be flexible within a dynamic environment
