RESPONSIBILITIES
· Use primary, syndicated and third party research, as well as Editorial features/stories, to create compelling sales points in collateral materials, presentations, media kit sheets, letters, etc.
· Create/update presentations for individual clients, categories and Seventeen in general
· Function as principal liaison between Seventeen Sales and Marketing Departments and Hearst Corporate Research to develop/review syndicated research requests and analyze/package runs
· Maintain and grow A-List online reader panel, working with Hearst Corporate Research to develop and conduct custom surveys on behalf of Seventeen and
clients across categories
· Update online media kit
· Manage special projects as needed

REPORTING STRUCTURE
· Reports to Associate Publisher/Marketing

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· 2+ years of related experience
· Extremely proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word (knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop a plus)
· Strong analytical abilities mixed with intellectual curiosity and ability to “spin” data into compelling sales points
· Self-starter able to work fairly independently
· Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral presentations
· Must work well under time constraints
