PeopleenEspanol.com is looking for
a smart, creative, hard-working,
multi-tasker to join our Sales
Planning teams as Sales Planning
Manager based in New York City.
This position will be the main point of
contact for all People en Espanol
media planning duties.

In this role, you will work with
advertising sales staff nationwide
(both print and digital) to find
solutions-based ways to grow
advertising revenue. You will be
involved in building and executing
media plans across all categories
(including campaign management),
developing idea-selling
opportunities in conjunction with
marketing, working with editorial
on any new digital programs and
exploring cross-media advertising
opportunities with print.

You will be
responsible for working with your
supervisor on managing pricing and
process, serve as the main point of
contact for integrated marketing
collaborations, evaluate and
determine which digital strategies
work best and prepare online media
plans to support these strategies.

Responsibilities Include:

§ Develop all digital media
plans for advertising clients
§ Manages campaign post
insertion order, including entering
into internal system and working
with Ad Operations to ensure
delivery
§ Works with marketing,
sales, edit, and ad operations to
brainstorm custom ideas and develop
corresponding media plans for
advertising clients
§ Interacts with internal
colleagues and outside vendors on
digital program implementation
§ Manages digital rate card
for PeopleenEspanol.com – provides
quarterly update for team
§ Identifies new advertising
opportunities for
PeopleenEspanol.com – works with
vendors and Ad Operations to
facilitate development
§ Analyzes online campaigns
to help determine success levels
and areas for
improvement/optimization

Experience:
– 3+ years previous online
advertising, sales, or marketing
experience or
– 4+ years media business
experience in sales development,
account management/client services
– Familiarity with online tools
(workflow systems, research, etc.)

Education:
– Bachelor`s Degree

Skills:
– Solid understanding of Internet
advertising, benchmarks and sales
– Proficiency with PowerPoint, MS
Word, MS Excel and the Web
– Extremely good with deadlines and
multitasking, successful in
executing programs with many moving
parts, strong interpersonal skills
