ALL YOU & AllYou.com is seeking a creative professional to lead ALL YOU’s brand strategy and development and execution of all brand communications. As an award winning brand, ALL YOU is the largest monthly magazine sold in Walmart and one of the fastest growing content brands in the media industry.

The Associate Director will be responsible for communicating ALL YOU’s brand positioning in the marketplace including the development of general and category presentations, sales materials and trade communications. The ideal candidate thinks strategically and creatively to turn facts and statistics into compelling brand stories. In addition, candidate will work directly with marketing and sales to grow magazine and online revenues. Position partners with Associate Publisher, Sales to develop brand strategy/communications and reports directly to Integrated Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling, concise brand materials to bring ALL YOU’s unique editorial platform, consumer engagement and proven 360 marketing programs to life in the market place

• Create general presentations, category presentations (beauty, pharma, auto, etc.), sales materials and trade communications showcasing how ALL YOU provides marketers with maximum ROI oversee brand materials design

• Work closely with Time Inc. Research & Insights & Shopper Marketing networks to gain the background and research that best supports ALL YOU’s story – including audience, competitive position, key category, shopper insights/data, etc.

• Partner with 1-2 Account Mangers on sales development. Understand client goals, objectives, timing and budgets to develop smart integrated proposals to drive business in-magazine and online

• Conceptualize creative integrated marketing solutions leveraging ALL YOU’s full portfolio of assets including print, online, email, tablet, mobile and social marketing; write compelling, strategic proposals for a broad array of advertisers that effectively communicate program concepts, benefits and requirements

Qualifications:
– Exceptional writing skills along with strong creative marketing and storytelling skills
– Portfolio of highly original, clear, compelling communications
– 7+ years of directly related media marketing experience, including presentation development, research, brand strategy
– Possess working knowledge of research tools used in marketplace (MRI, MMR, Ad Measure, ABC, PIB, @plan, comScore, etc.)
– Strong working knowledge of magazine, marketing and the media business
– Strong creative sensibility and proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
– Digital experience and understanding of Shopper Marketing industry a plus
– A love of teamwork and a desire to contribute to a positive, enjoyable work culture’
