The candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and account management for a robust CRM Loyalty program that TICS is in the midst of relaunching on behalf of a major client.

He/She will be responsible for setting the overall CRM and Loyalty marketing strategy, which will span a variety of channels and life stages. The candidate will service the account and will be the main client interface between TICS and the senior level clients. These interactions will require strategic thought leadership and will also frequently require partnership with internal stakeholders (brand teams, product teams, other agencies) to proactively ensure alignment and seamless execution at each stage.

The candidate must understand client needs/objectives and be able to translate that into sound relationship marketing strategies and then coordinate the internal working structure within TICS departments (account management, digital and emerging platforms, creative, production, finance etc.).

Responsibilities Include:
• Instilling confidence in our clients by providing strategic thought leadership and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships at the day-to-day and decision making level.
• Approaching each day as a leader and proactive thinker
• Seeking out new revenue from existing clients
• Ensure client strategies and objectives are on target, on schedule and on budget
• Coordinating internal efforts – editorial, design and marketing resources to provide client solutions
• Ongoing management and maintenance of existing contracts
• All on-going pricing related to add on components or up sell efforts
• Manage all aspects of account financials – profitability, revenue, physical costs, variable edit.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years experience at Direct Marketing and or Relationship Marketing Agency (Management Supervisor or Account Director level)
• Excellent client and account management experience – Direct CRM or Loyalty Marketing experience preferred
• Self starter
• Consulting background preferred
• Strong written, verbal and presentations skills
• Strong team-based skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills
