Some of the main responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervise the development and execution of standard and custom merchandising programs including advertorials/impact units, consumer events, digital/social, multi-media, events, etc. Oversee implementation from idea generation/proposal writing through project execution and budget management.
- Manage three (3) direct reports; including oversight and prioritization of proposal/project workflow, idea generation and creation of associated sales materials including sell sheets and comps.
- Work as a marketing partner to 2-3 reps including proposal writing and program execution.
- Supervise sponsorship opportunities/execution for annual signature event(s).
- Develop sales, marketing and promotional strategies/tactics to increase advertiser revenue in conjunction with the Executive Marketing Director and Associate Publisher/ Marketing.
