Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for The Week Publications

THE WEEK Publications is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to develop, create, and execute innovative integrated opportunities spanning all platforms including print, digital, tablet, mobile, and experiential. This position will work on developing cross-platform programs for both our brands, THE WEEK and Mental Floss.
Responsibilities include:
• Work independently and with sales and marketing team to develop multi-platform marketing proposals from concept development through creative execution for THE WEEK and Mental Floss brands
• Develop ideas and programs that effectively package multiple assets including our iPad, mobile and digital properties
• Effectively communicate marketing concepts and programs thru proposals, presentations and one sheets
• Work with management and development teams to create innovative opportunities for advertisers on our iPad and mobile properties
• Write sales materials, sell sheets and media kit materials
• Create client-specific and category sales presentations
• Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offerings for both brands
• Attend client sales calls to present integrated marketing concepts
• Manage advertiser programs, including creating production timelines and adherence to budget guidelines
• Work with research manager to develop sales tools and effective sales rationales
• This position will be staff position or full time freelance (depending on candidates)
Position Requirements:
· 5+ years of successful integrated marketing and sales/support experience
· Qualified candidates will be creative, have excellent writing ability and a high energy level.
· Strong digital experience is a huge plus. Across any and all platforms.
· Attention to detail and the ability to be resourceful are highly desirable.
· Extensive background generating multi-platform, integrated programs
· Creative and strategic thinker with excellent writing and communication skills
· Excellent MAC skills. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
· Strong presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior advertising partners
· Ability to work as part of a team and individually as needed
· Knowledge of the thought leader category a plus
· Excellent post-sale account management skills
