Time Inc. Lifestyle Digital is looking for an experienced Social Media Associate Director to join our Audience Development team to develop Social Strategy, Planning and Implementation. This senior role will work in a leadership capacity regarding all Social platforms, with multiple internal teams including marketing, analytics, editorial, production and IT.

This position will guide and influence Social efforts across the ten Time Inc. lifestyle sites including RealSimple.com, CookingLight.com, MyRecipes.com, AllYou.com, Thisoldhouse.com, Health.com, and SouthernLiving.com. The focus of this role will be to work with various teams to generate and drive strategic initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Ø Identify and Voice the Goals of Lifestyle Digital to Senior Management
Ø Define Best Practices and Metrics of Success in the Social Space
Ø Lead & Provide Reporting and Insights for Sales, Edit and Audience Development Teams
Ø Manage and Admin third party vendors (i.e., Hootsuite, Offerpop, Curalate)
Ø Identify New Partners and Vendors for optimization and innovation
Ø Lead Cross-Division Efforts with non-Lifestyle Time Inc brands

This role requires close communication and strong partnership with members of various departments in order to be successful:

AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT
•Drive Audience Development Social Goals and Execution
•Identify SEO and Traffic Growth opportunities using Social tactics
•Establish Best Practices for Cross-Brand and Cross-Division Social Efforts

SALES/MARKETING
•Provide Reporting and Insights for LSG brands
•Generate Concepts for Campaigns and Pitches
•Work to create a competitive story in the marketplace
•Liaison with vendors for execution

EDITORAL
•Provide Insight for Editorial Strategy and Optimization
•Source tools and tactics to Identifying influencers
•Generate Concepts for Editorial and Site integration

LEGAL
•Act as the internal expert in Social Guidelines
•Lead conversations for new products and vendors/contracts as needed

PRODUCT
•Partner with Product, IT and Project Management to execute Edit, Sales and Audience Development projects
•Act as a point person for Site Integration Recommendations

Time Inc. Lifestyle sites have been growing rapidly and now reach over 15 million unique visitors each month, up 50% from a year ago (Comscore). Social Media has been a key to this growth and continues to be a top business priority at all ten sites.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 5+ years Digital Marketing experience and 3+ years Social Media experience
•Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in Social Media including: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Foursquare, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, blogs, etc
•Able to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
•Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Solid understanding and interest in content best practices, technical best practices, and user experience.
•Experience working with branded content/media companies a plus
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
•Knowledge of Omniture web analytics a plus
