Prevention.com is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our NY

integrated marketing team. This position reports directly to the

Associate Publisher Marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely

with Senior Management to help develop digital strategy based on

business objectives as well as specifying the vision, goals,

opportunities and initiatives in order to maximize the business benefit

of the digital investment and increase revenue.

Responsibilities include: * Partner with Business Management, Content,

Marketing, Digital Operations, and Sales to develop new digital

marketing deliverables * Have a shared customer facing role with sales

to present new digital programs * Uncover the key opportunities and/or

challenges where online assets can provide a solution and develop a

vision around how the online assets will fulfill stated business

objectives * Determine the right mix of campaign elements that will

attract new customers and engage existing customers * Understand client

business and the industry they operate in; provide timely strategic

client counsel that leverages insights and capitalizes on relevant

digital platforms * Integrate digital solutions with ‘traditional’

marketing (PR, Print, Events, etc.) * Deconstruct emerging media trends

and the opportunities those create for the publisher and its clients *

Evaluate and optimize campaigns based upon meticulous measurement of

performance * Maintain knowledge of current online media trends and

provide training to internal employees when necessary.

Secondary Responsibilities * Partner with the Ad Operations team

assisting and recommending improvement opportunities, monitoring and

assisting in ad serving and tagging campaigns with service providers

including: Organizing creative specifications for media; Ensuring all

advertising is sent to the correct publisher; Monitoring creative units

to make sure they are running correctly; Troubleshoot ad delivery and ad

performance when necessary

Qualifications/Requirements * Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing

and sales development experience * Strong knowledge of and interest in

digital media * Prior experience in leading planning engagements * Adept

at extracting meaningful insights from multiple sources of data *

Ability to grasp complex concepts and systems quickly * Strong business

writing, communication and presentation skills (writing and presenting)

using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Analytical

background with ability to manipulate data into actionable results. *

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and client relationship

skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and to remain

graceful under pressure * Proactive, self-starter who can work well both

independently and as part of a team * Organized, accurate, attention to

detail * Advertising Operations experience and familiarity with Third

Party Ad Serving platforms/Rich Media providers (OAS, DFP/DFA/DART,

Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, Eyewonder) is preferred. * Working

knowledge of HTML and Flash; ability to troubleshoot HTML tags *

Complete understanding of basic research tools including Google Ad

planner, Comscore, Quantcast, and Ad Relevance
