Job Description
FLINT AND TINDER USA, a funded men’s basics apparel start-up, is seeking an E-commerce Manager who can do it all: SEM, SEO, email campaigns, affiliates, conversion optimization, social marketing etc. If you wanna try it, we wanna try it. And then some…

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing SEM and SEO
• Leading our online community and social media initiatives
• Overseeing all digital PR
• Building our mailing list and optimizing our email campaigns and transactional emails
• Constant landing page and sales funnel optimization for better conversion
• Defining short and long term strategies for online merchandising, marketing and content to drive business and customer acquisition
• Identifying, recommending and implementing online marketing strategies, partnerships and programs,  to drive traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability
  

Desired Skills & Experience
Please have 3 – 5 years experience running a digital sales platform, and know how to get it done. We want someone who can come in and hit the ground running ASAP.



More specifically:

• The names Magento, WordPress or Shopify should already be a part of your vocabulary.
• Experimenting with new ideas through a relentless program of A/B testing should excite you.
• A deep understanding of Analytics (google and other packages) should drive your decision-making.
• And your strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to move seamlessly move between strategic planning and tactical execution, set you ahead of the pack.
