We seek an experienced marketing manager with deep knowledge and passion for social media channel program swho is able to pair a creative vision and understanding & love of the UD brand with superior data driven analytical capabilities, marketing & partnerships program management skills to build audiences as well as project management skills to ensure that social media programs are executed with multiple internal departments including but not limited to – sales, partnerships, communications, events, product and technology.

The role will report to the Communications Director working extremely closely with our Editorial & Creative Director to ensure that social media programs are contributing towards the company’s business goals.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all social media channel programs including content development, community engagement & management, & data driven reporting. Please note content and community management will be executed by the editorial team with process development & best in class practice input from the SM manager
– Produce weekly snapshot reporting and indepth monthly reporting including industry & competitive reviews and benchmarking
– Build ongoing SM audience development programs working closely with partnerships & product team
– Amplify client and company brand news via custom social media campaigns that bring UD & client messages to SM audiences
– Work with product and tech team to ensure that social integration is standardized and optimized across all UDE products
– Constantly stay on top of industry trends, educate the company on these trends (e.g. social video for luxury brands) and work with relevant departments including sales and product teams to ensure that we’re well positioned to stay in front of our competitors in regards to these developments
– Working with the partnerships team represent UrbanDaddy with the social media community – meeting with both established and upcoming social media platforms to ensure that UD has first foot in the door and is well positioned to be a featured media publisher on platforms that match our brand & business goals

Required Skills:
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of how to apply them in a manner that is fitting to UD brand and business goals
– Team player, with the confidence and ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the company to achieve success
– Good knowledge of social media analysis tools
