Overview

Seeking a motivated, energetic, self starting individual with digital media experience to join the sales team of a rapidly growing and well known collection of premium Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle sites. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well in a team environment, and is passionate about digital media, great content, providing stellar customer service, and understanding and meeting client’s needs intelligently and creatively.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and all other Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of DFP and Third Party ad-serving platforms such as Pointroll, Atlas, and DFA
  • Experience using iDesk, Mediavisor,
  • Basic understanding of media math (CPM and CPC calculations) and media planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Pre Sale

  • Assist Account Executives with media plans
  • Provide Account Executives with specs
  • Enter media plans into iDesk, Mediavisor, etc

Post Sale

  • Manage all campaigns from start to finish
  • Traffic tags to ad ops
  • Compile screenshot decks
  • Track campaign performance regularly and recommend optimizations based on performance and key client KPIs
  • Maintain and manage campaign tracking documents and inventory calendars
  • Compile weekly status updates
  • Serve as a day to day contact for all advertising campaigns
  • Write business correspondence for existing and new clients
  • Work with Director of Client Services and Finance team to reconcile billing discrepancies

Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • 1 – 2 years minimum experience in a Digital Media role:

      • Digital Sales Assistant and/or
      • Digital experience at a Media Agency
