Overview
Seeking a motivated, energetic, self starting individual with digital media experience to join the sales team of a rapidly growing and well known collection of premium Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle sites. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well in a team environment, and is passionate about digital media, great content, providing stellar customer service, and understanding and meeting client’s needs intelligently and creatively.
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and all other Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of DFP and Third Party ad-serving platforms such as Pointroll, Atlas, and DFA
- Experience using iDesk, Mediavisor,
- Basic understanding of media math (CPM and CPC calculations) and media planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Pre Sale
- Assist Account Executives with media plans
- Provide Account Executives with specs
- Enter media plans into iDesk, Mediavisor, etc
Post Sale
- Manage all campaigns from start to finish
- Traffic tags to ad ops
- Compile screenshot decks
- Track campaign performance regularly and recommend optimizations based on performance and key client KPIs
- Maintain and manage campaign tracking documents and inventory calendars
- Compile weekly status updates
- Serve as a day to day contact for all advertising campaigns
- Write business correspondence for existing and new clients
- Work with Director of Client Services and Finance team to reconcile billing discrepancies
Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 1 – 2 years minimum experience in a Digital Media role:

- Digital Sales Assistant and/or
- Digital experience at a Media Agency
