Condé Nast seeks a Promotions & Events Director for a full-time staff position.

Overview/Purpose

This position reports to the Creative Services Director and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Condé Nast Traveler trade and signature events as well as, client integration and entertaining.

Primary Responsibilities

· Work with Merchandising and Sales Departments to propose and implement a wide variety of multi-platform programs, including digital, print, tablets and emerging platforms

· Identify  and develop new and strategic partnership to leverage opportunities for advertising partners

· Work with PR Department to leverage press pick-up of signature programs and partnerships

· Attend sales calls with Sales and/or Merchandising Departments

· Work with Executive Creative Director to develop proposal and sell sheets for new partnerships/signature programs and present to sales staff

· Manage project budgets

Requirements:

· Must  have 5 years experience

· Experience managing event producers and freelancers
