This position will help lead the ideation and development of strategic selling materials for the digital team within CCM+E. Candidate will work closely with the digital product team for iHeart Radio to create new products and opportunities for large advertising clients as well as build marketing materials to present these product offerings to the marketing community. The position is NY-based and reports directly to the Executive Director of Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities

·      Work with senior management to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, including social media strategy
·       Spearhead digital marketing brainstorming sessions, strategy meetings, client meetings, potential partnership development, custom ideation, etc. around accounts and categories
·     Create impactful proposals and presentations for digital sales teams and their clients
·       Present creative concepts to clients in conjunction with digital sales team
·       Participate in, and lead where needed, integrated brainstorming and account work (including radio, experiential and outdoor assets of CCM+E)
·       Work closely with iHeartRadio programming team to best communicate existing and develop new products for advertisers
·       Coordinate execution of digital marketing strategies / campaigns
·       Be accountable for, monitor and measure the success of conceptualized digital marketing strategies, programs and campaigns
·       Assist with client management throughout the entire selling and execution process
·       Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Requirements
·       At least 6-8 Years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing capacity; direct digital marketing experience in the Media industry is a plus
·       At least Bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or Digital Communications
·       Exceptional knowledge of digital / online marketing strategies, concepts, practices and techniques
·       Proven track record of developing and managing successful, large-scale digital marketing strategies, programs or campaigns
·      Working knowledge of web analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics
