ALL YOU, Time Inc’s Smart Shopping brand, seeks a seasoned, strategic marketer to head its marketing department. Reporting to the Publisher, the Executive Marketing Director leads the development of brand platforms and communications strategies across ALL YOU’s print, digital and social assets.

As a key member of the ALL YOU Management team, the Executive Marketing Director will partner with all members of the brand including sales, edit, consumer marketing and Time Warner Retail, digital, PR and finance. We are looking for a pro-active, creative and solutions-oriented team member who is excited to work on a team consistently lauded for its collaborative culture.

Given ALL YOU’s prominence in the Retail Marketing arena, the ALL YOU Executive Marketing Director will build upon their foundation in Retail Marketing and have the opportunity to become expert in the increasingly vital Shopper Marketing space.

Responsibilities include:
– Conceive and drive the brand’s marketing agenda including fresh and potent strategies to establish ALL YOU as the only smart shopping brand for moms.
– Elevate awareness and acceptance of ALL YOU’s distinctive brand profile through ongoing improvements to presentations, proposals and all marketing communication vehicles
– Daily direction for the ALL YOU marketing team and all marketing programs for the brand including development of new platforms and partnerships.
– Collaboration with advertising sales team on developing creative program solutions, category packages and client specific proposals.
– Lead communication and coordination with Time Inc Lifestyle Group to maximize ALL YOU inclusion in group proposals
– Maximize and manage full marketing budget

Qualifications:
– 10+ years marketing experience including 4+ years digital/mobile. Strong social experience a plus.
– Experience creating and executing multiple retail marketing partnerships and programs.
– Imaginative thinker and leader capable of independently driving the brand’s marketing agenda, while at the same time demonstrating keen ability and willingness to partner
– Experienced, resourceful manager capable of leading a small marketing team to produce excellent work efficiently, collaboratively and nimbly
– Extensive background generating multi-platform programs.
Strong communicator with an ability to handle high volume and succeed in a fast-paced environment
