You will be responsible for ensuring that Time Consumer Marketing (TCM) operates within the evolving promotional guidelines and auditing rules and practices set forth by the Alliance for Audited Media (AAM) and BPA Worldwide (BPA). The Publisher’s Statements and Audit Reports issued by AAM/BPA are critical to the competitive marketing of advertising space in magazines. Reports to Executive Director of Marketing Information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage AAM/BPA compliance for the 20 audited TCM magazines. Interact with all levels of staff within TCM and with Time Inc Legal, AAM/BPA auditors, Time Customer Service (TCS). Develop and maintain documentation on circulation auditing and internal compliance procedures and requirements. Manage on-going subscription audits to maximize efficiency and minimize cost and deductions while safeguarding subscriber privacy. Manage the implementation of new AAM/BPA reports and procedures at TCS. Prepare semi-annual analyses of AAM/BPA data. Review subscription promotions for compliance with AAM/BPA marketing guidelines and advise on how they are to be reported to AAM/BPA. Develop and maintain a “case history” of approved and non-qualifying promotions. Design and provide training to marketers.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be detail oriented problem solvers with excellent analytical, organizational and communication abilities and possess solid Excel skills. Ability to communicate and reach consensus with various constituencies is vital to the success of this position. Must also have the ability to successfully prioritize and juggle projects in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Knowledge of AAM/BPA rules, subscription marketing and TCS fulfillment is desired. Some knowledge of audit protocol is a plus.
