General Description:

The Bonnier Men’s Group, a division of Bonnier Corporation, is a class-leading network of innovative and influential digital properties from websites to tablet and mobile apps.  The Digital Sales Coordinator position plays an integral role in the Bonnier Men’s Group by providing tactical and strategic support for the sales team in creating digital media plans and reporting for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, analytical, creative and have desire to learn the digital business and online publishing world.  This position provides tremendous opportunity and experience in the business and development side of digital publishing along with emerging media and technology exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic RFP recommendations
  • Build digital media plans for Bonnier Men’s Group
  • Assist in maintaining a digital pipeline of expected and booked revenue for Bonnier Men’s Group brands
  • Upload media plans to iDesk, MediaVisor and other sales order entry systems
  • Complete agency spec templates
  • Compile research data and report metrics for sellers to take to the marketplace
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing team to develop proactive digital opportunities
  • Assist in digital reporting needs and digital billing

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 1-2 years digital media experience desired
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SalesForce experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the terminology and mechanics of the digital industry, digital ad sales, digital inventory management, RFP process, campaign management and ad operations desired.
  • Dedicated, ambitious, analytical, creative and detail-oriented
