Overview/Purpose:

Lucky is seeking an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to work in our Integrated Marketing Department. The position will focus on writing merchandising proposals to attract, maintain and increase both print and digital advertising business across a variety of categories, with a strong emphasis on non-endemic, prestige and mass beauty.

 

The ideal candidate will be strategic thinker with creative ideas.  Strong writing skills, attention to detail and superior communication skills are essential as this role is an integral part of the team working closely with all team members and liaising with clients, sales reps, and management.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned sales reps to ideate and write integrated marketing proposals
  • Oversee execution, budgets and timelines for client programs including but not limited to: advertorials, sweepstakes, sampling, digital, outdoor advertising, and events
  • Work with integrated marketing, art and sales teams to develop program extensions and added-value opportunities
  • Source and maintain resource database including vendors, locations, bloggers, etc.
    • Assist with special projects and signature brand events

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of advertising, marketing, or promotional experience
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under deadline while ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop a plus
  • Familiarity with social media and fashion and beauty blog community
