The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing at Women’s Health is responsible for developing and executing innovative, multi-platform marketing programs that attract, maintain and increase advertising revenue across the Women’s Health brand. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, inquisitive, and resourceful team player with a passion for storytelling who excels at developing marketing solutions that are creative and strategic in equal measures. This position reports into the Executive Director, Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sellers to develop strategies that drive category growth
  • Participate in brainstorms with a variety of internal teams to answer RFPs
  • Generate ideas and write proposals across advertising categories that drive revenue
  • Oversee flawless execution of marketing programs within established budgets and maintained production schedules
  • Create wrap-up documents for assigned clients and programs
  • Manage client integrations within signature programs
  • Participate in sales calls to bring programs and ideas to life for advertisers

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 3-4 years of integrated marketing experience or marketing experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge of cross-platform advertising sales and media industry
  • Proven success in execution of marketing programs from conception to completion
  • Capable, confident writer
  • Deadline-oriented project manager
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Team player with a  “can-do” attitude
  • Strategic thinker with both energy and passion for the brand
  • Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, clients, art and vendors in a collaborative way
  • Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Some travel/weekend work required
