Healthcasts is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sr Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. Do you have 6+ years of end-to-end B-to-B marketing experience in Health/Medical/Pharmaceutical marketing and are looking to apply that to a role, but only want to work part-time? We’re looking for a marketing rockstar with health media experience to work with our Sr, Director of Sales Development and Marketing to run our marketing programs and be an integral part of the marketing team.

Role responsibilities include:

Brand Development/Management

  • Ensure all non-digital content and digital content is in line with brand objectives and marketing plan (i.e. editing/copywriting for consistency).
  • Manage redesign of B to B website and quarterly promotional initiatives

Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Co-development and optimization of the marketing plan – in charge of continuing development and execution of overall strategic marketing plan and corresponding tactics.  
  • Drive member engagement and partner acquisition using traditional and non-traditional online channels, using a mix of paid and earned
  • Manage B to B advertising communication strategy and execution tactics including whitepapers, releases and advertising
  • Manage the marketing budget and work with management team to determine customer lifetime value
  • Develop Marketing Activities Calendar/Plan taking into account community needs and product direction.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and other internal teams including production, creative/QA/Member Services departments to ensure the marketing team and internal groups are all on the same pages, at all times working towards marketing program goals
  • Assist with PR efforts; manage award submission process and strategy
  • 6+ years of marketing or commensurate experience; with clear demonstrated experience in the Health vertical or at an agency working on health brands
  • Prior professional marketing experience with Health brands and/or Pharma a must
  • Knowledge of therapeutic areas and medical specialties
  • Strong understanding of current web and mobile standards and technologies
  • Strategic thinking to balance and prioritize short-term solutions with long-term vision
  • Excellent oral communication, written communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail –oriented.
  • Thorough experience with Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook is needed.

Undergraduate degree required. Emphasis in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
