Job duties:
· Responsible for the development, management and revitalization of loyalty solutions across the marketing organization.  Develop and drive marketing strategies to maximize our current bonus points and loyalty programs
· Drive strategies to grow the existing business as well as generating new revenue opportunities.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies in support of loyalty:  offers, promotions, messaging.  Develop, manage and refine our customer retention strategies
· Review results and financial performance
· Interface across the business, cross-functionally, on all customer retention marketing and broader strategic loyalty initiatives as applicable (Legal, PMO, IT, UX, Customer Service, Marketing Planning and Analysis, Finance)
· Liaise with Customer Service to ensure execution and coordination of aforementioned strategies
· Cultivate/manage external relationships for assistance with strategic initiatives (gift continuities, points usage, marketing opportunities)
· Identify and maximize marketing and testing opportunities to generate incremental revenue and improve retention rates across all customer service marketing channels (IVR, Upsells, Customer Service calls) and lines of business
· Work with internal departments to ensure promotions are executed in line with strategy
· Work with Marketing Planning & Analysis on results analysis and identifying strategic recommendations and viable next steps
· Collaborate with IT on any platform requirement or enhancements to execute a full scale loyalty solution as needed
· Participate in the re-forecast and budget process(es)
· Collaborate with Creative on execution of new creatives and tests
· Prepare presentations and attend client meetings and contribute to special projects as required
· Cultivate/manage external relationships for assistance with strategic initiatives (gift continuities, points usage, marketing opportunities)

Job requirements:
· 8+ years marketing experience including a minimum of 2 years Loyalty Program Management
· 2+ years management experience
· Solutions-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Ability to adhere to deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities.
· Strategic thinker who can develop and execute strategies to identify solutions and maximize/drive revenue
· Prior experience managing marketing budgets and forecasts and ability to read and interpret data
· Ability to manage and negotiate key vendor relationships including experience with contracts.

Looking for a smart, creative, hard-working “idea person” to join our team as Promotions Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work with our nationwide advertising sales staff to find solutions-based ways to grow advertising revenue. Responsibilities include:
• Idea generation and proposal writing for a variety of categories
