The Client Services Manager’s primary function is to be the point of contact for post sales. S/he is the primary contact for getting client assets, tags, trafficking, reporting, wrap up reports. This position reports to the VP of Client Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Point of contact for all client interaction

· Managing the receipt of creatives from clients

· Point of contact for traffickers for implementation and questions

· Point of contact for Sales for reporting, optimization, and questions

· Submit Insertion Order to trafficking team

· Work on revised Insertion Orders

· Assist in billing reconciliation

· Report on 3rd party tracking and reporting (Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc..)

· Work on case studies, campaign review and analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of online ad operations or client services experience
  • Experience with multiple ad serving platforms. DART is preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Experience working with a national sales team
  • Good knowledge of online advertising technologies and operational techniques
  • Proven track record overseeing a large project plan – constantly drives for results, knows how to set objectives and break work down into steps, knows how to organize and measure people and activities and manages project interdependencies
  • High collaborative capacity – demonstrated practice of including stakeholders in activities that impact them
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and the ability to influence others through well articulated and innovative ideas
  • Accountability – acceptance of responsibility and willingness to commit to and deliver specific, measurable work products and results
  • Familiarity with ad networks and related technologies

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Also serves as on-site contact for athletes and talent when required.

Manages day-to-day functions of the online News & Sports Group premiums store. Oversees order and fulfillment process, product inventory and overall budget for the premiums program. Also works closely with external vendors to source premiums for all News & Sports Group needs as it pertains to events and client entertainment.

Oversees all sporting team season ticket inventory and distributes to News & Sports Group sales departments for client entertainment use. Also acts as liaison with brokers and sporting team ticket offices to maintain access to high-demand tickets.

Handles administrative responsibilities for Executive Director of Events and Talent Relations including processing expense reports, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have 4+ years of event marketing experience
Must possess good writing skills and be detail-oriented
Relationship management with third party vendors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Be willing to work nights, weekends and travel
