Everyday Health is looking for Director of Sales Development/Director Integrated Marketing Solutions to support the SVP Sales/PR/Corporate Branding and VP of Sales Development in the project management and implementation of company initiatives from beginning to end.

Responsibilities of projects include, but are not limited to:
• Execution of 7-Figure ad programs involving multiple interests, partners and product vendors
• Cause Marketing – involving many departments and outside partners; focus on ad monetization
• Develop partnerships with health organizations for use in custom solutions (i.e. NHLBI, AHA, ADA, etc.)
• Oversee project management and sales materials and collateral for research initiatives, including the WTE/Just Ask A Mom (which include events, PR, road shows, etc).
• Shape research into compelling sales materials and presentations for marketers
• Execution of branding projects (Accent Health, TV, Magazine, etc) – day-to-day coordination with production companies
• Provide trade Marketing support (sponsorship materials, presentations, content development and events at OTC, DTC, ABC Moms, ePharma, Pivot)
• Create bi-monthly Advertiser Newsletter and other trade advertising efforts such as sweepstakes
• Sales Development for LTL site and new launches

Qualifications:
• BA degree with at least eight years experience in Sales Development or Marketing, with background in Pharma marketing.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and the ability to influence others through well articulated and innovative ideas
• Superior writing and proofreading skills
• Adaptable person who can deal with rapidly changing requirements of an organization
• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Accountability – acceptance of responsibility and willingness to commit to and deliver specific, measurable work products and results
• Strong interest in the online industry
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint

GardenDesign.com – Freelance Web Editor

Garden Design seeks a Web Editor to develop content and act as a liaison between the print and online teams.

The Freelance Web Editor will be responsible for conceiving and producing new online content and tools to build audience, meet business objectives, and generally extend the new vision for Garden Design into digital media.

Duties:

– Gathering the best garden content from around the web, communicating with bloggers to obtain rights and building a daily editorial schedule.
– Creating high-impact — i.e. practical, profitable, exciting, entertaining — editorial content and applications for an online consumer brand.
– Writing, editing and producing magazine and original content for the web, in accordance with SEO and usability best practices on a Drupal content management system.
– Creating and maintaining an online editorial calendar for sales purposes.
– Working with a producer and developers to define online projects.
– Establishing and maintaining web partnerships with third parties for traffic build.
– Conceiving of and helping present online programs for sponsorships.
– Managing the user experience to increase traffic, page views and time spent.
– Working in a matrix environment of online and print stakeholders.

Requirements:

– Must be a great writer with clean copy and a strong voice that balances inclusiveness and irreverence.
– Must have experience liaising with editorial staff/developing content related to print edition of a magazine.
– Experience in Drupal or a similar blog or online content management system.
– Photoshop, Google docs, Excel, and Omniture or other stats tracking a plus.
– Must be able to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and collaborate with a range of departments in the company.
– Have a background in design/shelter/garden writing and be an avid reader of design-related websites, blogs, and magazines.
