— Develop and maintain an internal reporting system for all metrics
— Distribute a weekly internal traffic report, as well as a monthly overview
— Competitive analysis for external websites
— Comparative analysis for internal historical metrics
— Comparative analysis for editorial content and cover stories
— Development of marketing research and sales strategy
Inventory Management & Ad Operations
— Liaison with OAO
— From the point of sale, responsible for collection, testing and implementation of all advertising campaigns and liaison with client/agency for all implementation
— Paid traffic implementation to deliver campaigns in full (with help of Sales Coordinator)
— Prepares weekly delivery reports for advertising campaigns
— Oversees and directs media planning (with help of Sales Coordinator)
— Development and implementation of new advertising units (plus strategy)
Audience Development
— Liaison with OAO
— Paid traffic strategy to gain the most audience, through all paid media channels, including social
— Coordination with editorial to optimize paid media
— Aids in the development and implementation of social media strategy, and reports directly to the President on metrics
— Aids in the development and implementation of SEO strategy
— Aids in the development and implementation of newsletter strategy
